Terms of service

ABOUT THE PAYMENT

Payment for the commission will be made through:✦PayPal invoices (fees included in the price). If you are from my country, Peru, you can pay through YAPE / BCP transfers. (no fees apply)✦Payment is required upfront and only when I am ready to start working on the commission. (I will notify you in advance to confirm.)✦WAITLIST: If payment is not made within the agreed-upon time, the slot may be given to someone else on the waitlist.✦For orders over $50 USD, you can start with half of the payment (a flat-colored sketch with a watermark will be provided, and the drawing will be finished upon full payment)✦You have 3 free changes for your commission once I start the illustration (sketches or flat color). If you request a change when the drawing is 70% complete, an additional $6 will be added to the payment for each change. If I am responsible for the error, I will change it at no additional cost.✦I can only make small changes once the commission is finished (such as fixing the line art for images, adding more brightness to the colors, or adding an item to the character's hair, etc.)

ABOUT THE PROCESS

✦I only work with my own style. I don't imitate the style of other artists.✦To ensure that I capture your exact idea, please send me all possible visual references. I don't work with written references.✦For emotes / badges, please send references of the expressions and details you want to include. Keep in mind that I’ll not copy the style of other artists. Please refrain from requesting it.✦I reserve the right to decline a commission if I do not feel capable of completing it.✦You can share my finished commissions as long as you give me credit for the work (eg. in the description).✦If you can't be patient and wait for the art, I recommend you don't commission me.✦You can always request updates and contact me about your commission. It's not a bother! You have the right to ask about your commission, so don't hesitate to send me a message.✦Please don't assume that I won't finish it. Rude comments or assumptions discourage me, as I take the time to do a perfect job. If any issues arise, I will let you know.✦If I don't respond to your direct message, it may be because:
Commissions are closed.✦I'm updating my Terms and Conditions (please read carefully before contacting me).I'm busy with personal matters or working on other commissions. I'm not ignoring you.

-Simplified icon for your cute characters,you can use it in your profiles accounts.
-Simplified details and pastel colors
- Delivered in PNG format

TAT 4-5 days
-Only one character
-Pets are drawn with simple forms
-Basic scenarios
-Head to shoulders

TAT A week or 2
-The price depends of the difficulty
-Receive the original size PNG AND JPG (1167 x 1227 px)
-Pets or any other detailed props cost an extra fee of 3 usd

TAT (1 month or +)
-The time and the price depends on the difficulty of the details in the illustration (with 5-15+ $ more added for hard details)
-Receive original size PNG with and without background
-Backgrounds (nature, water, or school)
-Pets or any other detailed accessories have an additional cost of 5+ usd each one.

PRICES

TAT depends on the quantity (3 weeks or a month)-Includes the original size (700 x 700 px)
-INCLUDES THE COMMERCIAL PRICE
-Includes the resizes retouched (28 px) for a better resolution in format ZIP (112 x 56 x 28 px)
-Estimated time: 2-3 hours per emote
-The emotes are delivered to your email

-You can customize your chibis by changing the expressions of the mouth and eyebrows
